How to make
Cut off the long stems of the banana peppers and poke holes in them in 2-3 spots.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the peppers until they change color. Take them out with a slotted spoon.
For the marinade, heat the vinegar, salt, sugar in a pot until they melt, then take off the stove. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves, finely chopped dill and parsley.
Pour the marinade over the fried banana peppers and leave them for 30-40 min. to take on the flavor.
What I did was I arranged the peppers in jars, filled them with the warm marinade, closed with a cap and flipped them upside down.
The peppers are extremely tasty. You can eat them right away!
