"An irresistible recipe for all lovers of spicy foods!"

Ingredients

  • banana peppers - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 1 - 2 cups, for frying
  • marinade
  • wine vinegar - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • salt - 2 1/2 tbsp
  • sugar - 6 tbsp (or 3 tbsp honey + 3 tbsp sugar)
  • garlic - 1 small head
  • parsley
measures

How to make

Wash and cut the peppers in 2, if they're too long. Put them to fry, with a lid on because they're going to spray a lot.

Once fried a bit, take them out. Make the marinade by mixing the ingredients for it and boiling on the stove.

Arrange the peppers in jars, pressing on them and put pieces of garlic and parsley.

Pour on the hot marinade and flip with the caps down. To make them spicy and add more flavor, you can add red chili peppers in between the banana peppers.
