How to make
Wash the peppers and cut off their stems.
Roast them on the stove top, flipping them over on both sides.
In a jar, put the vinegar, sugar, salt and oil. While still hot, arrange the peppers in the jar, pressing on them.
Put black pepper and parsley in between the peppers.
Close with a lid and flip the jar upside down.
Flip them over again after 1-2 days.
You don't need to boil the jars.
