How to make
Prepare jars, place 1-2 sprigs of dill at the bottom of each. Tightly pack the gherkins, put the cleaned garlic cloves between them.
Boil water (equal to the total volume of the jars) and dissolve the salt and vinegar in it. Simmer for a few minutes and remove from the heat and let it cool. Then stir the mustard in it and fill the jars.
The water should reach up to 2 finger widths below the neck of the jar. Close the jars and store them in a cool place.
