How to make
The bell peppers are washed, cleaned and carved out, so that they resemble bowls. Arrange them in a baking pan and season them with salt on the inside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the crumbled white cheese, the diced ham (or other kind of sausage) and the fleshy part of the carved out peppers.
Everything is mixed and the bell peppers are filled with the mixture. They are drizzled with a little olive oil and about half a glass of water is poured into the baking pan.
Roast them in an oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes.
As soon as they are roasted, the stuffed bell peppers are removed from the oven and sprinkled with grated yellow cheese.
The stuffed roasted bell peppers are placed back into the oven to finish off roasting them for about another 5-7 minutes.
