How to make
The onion is cleaned and finely chopped. The carrot is peeled and grated. Heat oil in a deep pan. Add the onion with a little sugar to fry. The carrots are fried as well.
The minced meat is also added, by breaking it with the stirrer to make it into small pieces. Add paprika and tomato juice. Mix.
Add bulgur and water. If it's hot, it will cook faster. Stir until the bulgur is fully cooked. Season with savory herb, black pepper and salt.
The bell peppers are washed. Cut in a circle just below the stems and remove the seeds with a knife so that the stem part can be used as a lid. They are filled with the bulgur filling.
The remaining bulgur is poured into a baking pan. The stuffed bell peppers are arranged on top of the bulgur in the baking pan.
The lids are also placed on them. They are poured with water. Bake until the bell peppers are baked, by turning to cook them on both sides. The bell peppers with bulgur are served on a bulgur canapé. If desired, they can be garnished with yogurt.
