How to make

Cut onions and garlic into small pieces and tomatoes into cubes. Heat olive oil and lightly fry the onion.

Add the minced meat and garlic, cook until it crumbles and changes in color (about 10 minutes).

Add the chopped tomatoes and the spicy spice. Fry for another 5 minutes.

Remove it from the heat and leave it to cool. Grate the cheddar or yellow cheese.

Add most of it, by leaving a little to sprinkle on top.

Cut the peppers in half and clean them from their seeds. Fill them with the stuffing and arrange them in a baking pan.

Sprinkle the stuffed peppers on top with cheddar or yellow cheese. Bake them a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).

Take them out and sprinkle them with crushed tortilla chips. Bake them for another 5 minutes.

The Spicy Mexican Stuffed Peppers are ready.
