"Spicy Mexican Rolls that you will prepare in your own kitchen without any effort - have fun"

Ingredients

  • mexican tortilla - 6 pcs.
  • jalapenos - 4 canned or fresh peppers
  • corn - 5.3 oz (150 g) sweet, canned grains
  • salad mix - 2 handfuls, leaves
  • guacamole - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - to spread on the bread
  • olive oil - about 3 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Bake/heat the tortilla wraps in a dry pan and as soon as you remove them, grease both sides with butter. The goal is for them to soften and to be able to roll them up without breaking or tearing.

Spread each tortilla wrap with guacamole, arrange the jalapenos on top, cut them into small or large pieces - into circles. If you do not tolerate food that's too spicy, reduce the amount of peppers.

Mix the corn with the fresh salad leaf mix and season the salad with salt and olive oil. Use up the filling of the wraps, by spreading the fresh mixture on each one.

Roll them up and cut each one into three smaller rolls.

Arrange them on a flat tray and serve them as an appetizer at your table.
