How to make
Thoroughly clean the chicken and cut it into pieces. Roll the pieces in flour and fry them until browned in olive or sunflower oil with the grated onion and garlic cloves. Add wine and broth, add the bay leaf and paprika.
Allow to boil for about 45 minutes, then add the chopped almond nuts, olives (whole or pitted) and chopped tomatoes. Once the tomatoes are boiled well, remove the dish from the fire.
