How to make
In a hot pan, fry the onion until browned. Add the minced meat. Fry for some time and add the rice with 1-2 cups of water. Add a grated tomato (or if from a jar - 1-2 tablespoons) and add spices.
Once the tomato boils a bit, fill the peppers along with the other products and arrange them in a baking dish. If you have left over filling, sprinkle it around them. Add a sliced tomato on top of them and place in a preheated oven.
Shortly before the peppers are ready, make the topping. In a pan on the stove, mix the yoghurt and egg. When nice and warm add the flour while stirring.
Add salt and pepper and pour it over the already cooked peppers. Bon appetit!
