How to make
Chop the cleaned of seeds and washed peppers into coarse pieces.
Melt the butter in a tray and braise the peppers until softened.
Separately, mix the coarsely grated feta cheese, cheese, beaten eggs, chopped parsley, black pepper to taste and salt. Pour this mixture over the peppers and stir.
Put the tray in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven and bake until lightly reddened on top.
