How to make
Dice the potatoes finely. Cut the sausage into small pieces and mix it with the potatoes and salt to taste.
Spread the top with the mayonnaise and place it in a low oven for 20-odd minutes. This makes a nice dinner, while it is absolutely perfect as an appetizer for beer. :)
