Ingredients

  • chicken steaks - 5 pcs. (from chicken thigh)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • brown sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tbsp. (ground)
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • salt

How to make

In a suitable bowl, crush the garlic cloves. In the same bowl add the products for the marinade - soy sauce, white wine, brown sugar, black pepper and paprika.

Sprinkle the steaks with salt and rub them with the marinade. Cover and leave them in the bowl to stand for at least three hours.

Afterwards, arrange them in a baking tray and arrange the vegetables around them for baking.

Sprinkle the vegetables with a little salt and a few drops of olive oil.

Place the baking tray in the oven and bake the steaks at 390°F (200 degrees). You need to turn the steaks occasionally, so they're cooked well on each side during the baking process.
