How to make
Wash the cutlets and place them in a plastic bowl with a lid.
Sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and soy sauce.
Leave them for 1 hour in the refrigerator, but make sure to turn the fish from time to time.
Take them out and transfer the salmon cutlets into a baking pan. Drizzle them with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and bake them, until they're done.
Serve the salmon cutlets in light soy sauce while they're warm with your favorite garnish.
