How to make
Cut the meat into juliennes and roll it in the prepared in advance mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, wine and spices.
Wrap it in foil and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
Distribute the meat at a distance in a greased large baking pan.
Pour wine and a little water over it and bake it at 390°F (200°C) under a lid for about 25 minutes.
Then remove the lid and continue cooking until the meat is lightly browned.
Serve the oven-baked pork with a garnish of your choice.
The oven-baked pork juliennes with wine and soy sauce are very tasty.
