Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin - 2.6 lb (1.2 kg)
  • red rice - 1/2 cup
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • For the sauce
  • nectarines - 3 pcs.
  • cane sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • cinnamon
  • turmeric
  • mint

How to make

The pork tenderloin is cut into julienne strips. Season with salt and black pepper and roll them in breadcrumbs. Place them in a tray and add olive oil.

Roast the pork in a moderately heated oven for 40 minutes.

The rice is boiled in salted water.

Preparing the sauce:

The nectarines are cut into pieces.
