How to make
The pork tenderloin is cut into julienne strips. Season with salt and black pepper and roll them in breadcrumbs. Place them in a tray and add olive oil.
Roast the pork in a moderately heated oven for 40 minutes.
The rice is boiled in salted water.
Preparing the sauce:
The nectarines are cut into pieces.
A few slices are caramelized with the butter and sugar and used for decoration.
The rest of the mixture is often mashed and heated on a low heat until it thickens.
Season with cinnamon and turmeric.
The boiled red rice is placed in the bottom of a serving plate.
Arrange the roasted pork juliennes on top. Garnish with caramelized nectarines, pour the sauce and add mint leaves.
