How to make
In a large skillet, pour olive oil and heat it up well. Stew the onions and spring onions for about 5 minutes.
Add the canned tomatoes and peppers. After 10 minutes, season the sauce with the spices.
When the sauce boils, boil it for another 15 minutes on low heat. Add the shrimp and boil for 5 minutes.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Serve the shrimp along with the sauce.
The shrimp with red sauce and basmati rice are great in the company of white wine!
