Ingredients

  • calamari - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • broth - 4 cups (1 liter)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • basmati rice - 9 oz (250 g)
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp.

How to make

Put the butter in a deep pan to melt, then add the chopped garlic. Clean the calamari and cut them into circles, then add them to the butter and fry them a little.

Add the basmati rice, stir and pour the white wine and broth over it. Add salt and black pepper. Cover the pan and cook, until the liquid evaporates and the rice is fully cooked.

Finally add the soy sauce, stir and leave the calamari with rice on the stove for another minute.
