How to make
Clean the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Then put it in a pot filled with water and boil it until it's done.
Shortly before removing it from the heat, add the corn and season it with dry spices.
The shrimp are also boiled in boiling water. Once the shrimp are cooked, clean them.
In a pan, with a little fat, briefly fry the finely chopped bacon and shrimp.
In a plate put some of the rice, some shrimp with bacon and a few slices of cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle it with finely chopped spring onions.
Serve the warm basmati rice with shrimp with a glass of white wine.
