How to make
Parboil the rice, then pour it into boiling, salted water and keep boiling until it softens. Pour cold water over it and let it drain.
Fry the onions, add the chopped peppers, the shrimp and fry the mixture until the peppers soften. Add the rice and fry while stirring nonstop.
Pour in the soya sauce and eggs, beaten with salt. Saute a little longer and remove from the heat.
