How to make
Put the rice in a pot and add 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) of water. After it comes to a boil, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the water boils off almost completely. Remove the rice from the stove and leave it in the pot for 5 minutes without removing the lid. In a large deep skillet, heat the oil.
Put the garlic and chili peppers in and quickly fry them for 10 seconds - be careful not to burn them. Add the cooked rice, fry it for 1 minute, stirring continuously, then move it to one part of the skillet. Pour in the beaten eggs to the free part of the skillet and fry them while stirring.
When they begin to harden, add the peas and onions. Stir for 2 minutes until the peas become tender. Finally, add the shrimp and soya sauce just to warm up a bit.
Optionally, serve with soya sauce.
