Ingredients

  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • blanched shrimp - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • long - grain rice - 3.5 oz (100 g) boiled
  • salt
  • frozen peas - 1/2 cup
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

The shrimp are briefly sautéed in heated butter and oil.

Take them out and put the egg beaten with a fork in their place.

It is mixed and after it is fried it is taken out.

Place the diced onion and carrot in the pan.

When they soften, add the cooked and strained rice and the defrosted peas.

The rice is fried for a few minutes and flavored with a tablespoon of soy sauce and a little black pepper.
