How to make
Soak the rice for about 30 minutes in cold water. Wash the rice thoroughly with water until the liquid is clear.
Put it in a suitable cooking pot, add 3 cups of cold water and cook over low heat until the rice softens.
Remove the pot from the heat, pour out the rest of the water (if there's any) and strain the rice.
Heat the oil in a suitable frying pan.
Add the rice and fry it for 5-6 minutes, while stirring constantly.
Add the defrosted vegetables and continue the cooking process for another 5-6 minutes.
Season with salt, black and white pepper.
Serve it for dinner or as a side dish.
