How to make
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil and put the meat to fry until it takes on a light tan. Shortly before it is ready, add the finely chopped onion and after a bit, the chopped peppers. Stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Rinse the rice and drain the peas.
Mix them in a large tray and add the fried pork with vegetables. Stir and season with salt, black pepper and paprika, a little cumin and curry.
Pour in hot water up to the rim of the tray and place the dish to bake at 390°F (200 °C) in a heated oven until the rice absorbs the liquid.
Serve the pork with peas and rice warm.
