How to make
Boil the pork tongue with a little salt, enough to skim off the foam.
Cut the onion finely and the potatoes into small cubes. Wash the peas and strain the water well.
Put a little oil in a pot and after it heats up, add the onion to fry lightly.
Add the potatoes and peas and the garlic clove. Stir, so it doesn't burn.
Add the spices listed above, by finally adding the flour, about 1 tbsp. with a tip. Top up with cool water.
Leave it to simmer on low heat.
Slice the pork tongue and add it to the peas with potatoes.
Add the parsley, just before turning off the stew.
Once everything is cooked, your pork tongue with peas and potatoes is ready.
