How to make
Put the pork tongues to cook in a pressure cooker without putting the lid on. Remove the foam from the pork tongue, then add the bay leaves, black pepper, salt and 1 whole onion.
Close the pressure cooker and after the pressure signal goes off, reduce to medium heat and boil for ten minutes.
Cool the pot under cold running water or release the pressure if you're in a hurry.
Immediately place the tongues in cold water to peel them more easily. Cut them lightly into pieces.
In a pan with butter, lightly fry the pieces on both sides.
Take them out and sprinkle them with salt and black pepper.
Serve the pan-seared tongue with boiled rice and with the broth from boiling the pork tongues.
These pork tongues with butter are delicious and they can be used as a appetizer as well.
