How to make
1. Rinse the rice in a deep pot and put it to boil in 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of unsalted water.
2. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat and let simmer until soft, stirring from time to time so it doesn't stick.
3. In a metal colander, rinse the rice with cold water and leave it to drain.
4. In a deep pot with the heated oil, evenly sprinkle salt and add the onion chopped into crescents, along with the peas, stirring until the onions soften. If you're a fan of spicy food, you can put a little curry in.
5. Add the rice and stir well during frying. Fry 5 minutes.
