How to make
Clean the asparagus and remove the stringy part at the base. If they are thinner, they do not need to be peeled!
Wash and dry well with kitchen paper.
Arrange the green asparagus on the hot grill and grill them until they are streaked with the typical dark strips on all sides.
Remove and wrap them for 2-3 minutes in aluminum foil. This way they will be lightly stewed and become even tastier and more tender.
Transfer the asparagus into a serving platter, drizzle generously with good olive oil and sprinkle with Maldon salt.
