How to make
The salmon is seasoned with salt and black pepper, spread generously with olive oil and grilled on the barbeque, until it is done.
The asparagus is cleaned carefully with a peeler - the white part, also seasoned with salt and black pepper and grilled, until it's done.
In the meantime, prepare the hollandaise sauce. Beat the yolks in a water bath with a fork or wire whisk. While stirring continuously, add the water and lemon juice, as well as a little salt and black pepper.
Stir continuously, until the sauce thickens, by stirring constantly, so that it doesn't lump up.
Add the butter last, by stirring, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
They are served warm.
