How to make
In a suitable pot, mix the flour with a little water, until a thick dough is obtained.
While stirring continuously, add the three egg yolks, the butter, the broth and the lemon juice.
Season the sauce with as much salt as you like.
Put the pot on the stove and stir, until it starts to boil. Remove it immediately and stir, until the sauce cools.
The Hollandaise Sauce with Flour is ready.
