How to make
Wash and season the steaks with salt. Sprinkle them with black pepper.
Wrap one asparagus in each steak.
Seal them briefly in a pan with a little olive oil. Transfer them into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Put a piece of tomato on each roll. Bake them in the oven, until they're done.
Before taking them out, sprinkle them with yellow cheese and place chicken steaks back into the oven for 5 minutes.
The asparagus in chicken steak is ready.
