Prepare a mixture of ketchup, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, thyme and oregano and roll the chicken in it. Leave it for 40 minutes. Grate the parmesan and mix it with the breadcrumbs.
The seasoned chicken breasts are rolled in beaten eggs, then in the mixture of parmesan and breadcrumbs. Fry in highly preheated oil on both sides, until you get a nice tan.
Drain the chicken steaks on paper towels and serve with a garnish of your choice.
