How to make
Boil the spaghetti and drain them. Clean all the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes in halves, the carrot, peppers and zucchini into thin strips. Cut the chicken into strips, season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and basil and put them in olive oil to saute.
Mix the spaghetti and vegetables in a plate and pour on some of the roux from the meat and a few chicken pieces. Stir and serve garnished with a sprig of parsley. These products are for about 4 servings.
