Tenderize the chicken steaks lightly. Prepare a marinade from the white wine, chili, soya sauce, vinegar, oil and spices.
Stir and add the sliced onion crescents. In this marinade, soak the chicken for half an hour. Then drain and lightly bake, grill or barbecue the chicken steaks.
Serve with a side of potatoes and vegetables.
