How to make
Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pan.
Add the onion, garlic and stew for about two minutes.
Add the white wine, mix well and cook over low heat for another two minutes. Cut the calamari into slices and place them in the pan to fry.
Add the cooking cream and cook, until the calamari are ready. Flavor and season the cream sauce according to your taste.
Add the chopped parsley.
The calamari with white sauce are ready.
