"Amazing spaghetti with an even more amazing white wine sauce with chicken meat and aromatic spices."

Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 pack
  • onions - 1 large
  • turkey fillets - 10.5 oz (300 g) or use chicken
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g), crumbled
  • blue cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), crumbled
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • liquid cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • marjoram
  • nutmeg - 2 pinches

How to make

Chop the onion and garlic and put them to fry it in heated oil. Once soft, add the wine and wait for 2 minutes until it evaporates.

Carefully pour the liquid cream over them, stir, and when it comes to a boil add all the spices and crumbled cheeses. Stir for 2 minutes and remove the white sauce from the heat.

Serve a plate of spaghetti, covered with plenty of sauce and slices of smoked turkey fillet, which you've braised briefly in a pan without oil.
