  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • onion - 1 onion
  • white wine - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • cooking cream - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt

How to make

Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pan.
