  • mussels - 9 oz (250 g), canned
  • bacon - 9 oz (250 g)
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • lemons
  • dill
  • olives
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Cut the bacon into thin slices, drain the mussels from the sauce.

Slice the garlic into thin strips. Wrap 1 mussel and a little garlic in each bacon slice.

Stick toothpicks through them to keep the products together and fry for several minutes in an oil bath.

Drain the excess oil and serve garnished with olives, fresh dill and slices of lemon.
