How to make
First mix all the sauce products and set them aside. Clean the shrimp and cut them in half.
Mix the eggs, 1 tbsp. of cornstarch, wine, soy sauce and salt.
Add the mixture to the shrimp, cover and cool them for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan.
Mix the flour with the water, the remaining starch, 1 tbsp. of oil, baking soda and salt.
Add the shrimp and mix well. Fry them and serve them with sauce.
