How to make
Cut the onions, carrots and mushrooms finely and sauté in melted butter and a little water. When the water evaporates a bit, add the grated tomatoes and pour in the wine.
Add black pepper, salt and boil them for 10 minutes, then add the shrimp. Boil for 20 minutes and after removing from the heat, add a little cream.
The dish can be served with boiled potatoes, in a separate dish.
