How to make
Knead the ground beef with the onion, wine, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, egg yolks and salt to taste. Make small balls, roll them in flour and fry them.
Then boil them with the pineapple juice and the chopped pineapple from 1 can.
Separately, mix 1 tablespoon of soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix well and add to the dish.
Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
