How to make
Clean the mussels very carefully, by separating 30-40 pcs. of them. Put the remaining mussels in a suitable cookware and boil them briefly in salted water. Remove their shells.
Meanwhile, heat the oil and stew the finely chopped onion, then add the rice, paprika and as much salt as you like. Add the cleaned mussels, 1 liter of water and a little of the broth, in which the mussels were boiled.
Add the mussels on top, boil and reduce the heat. Cook over low heat, until the rice is fully cooked, then sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley, cover it with a lid and leave it to stew on the stove, but make sure to turn it off. Enjoy!
