"Great recipe for fast and healthy eating - shrimp with vegetables in a pan"

Ingredients

  • shrimp - 9 oz (250 g)
  • dried mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g) shiitake, black wood
  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • red onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • parsley
  • white wine - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp.
  • coconut oil - 3 tbsp.

How to make

First, fry the turmeric and finely chopped garlic and black pepper in the pan for a minute.

Second step - add onion, shrimp, pepper /chopped/, stew for another 3 minutes.

Third step - add the zucchini/cut into thin strips/, the mushrooms /pre-soaked for at least an hour in water/ and the wine, stew until the water evaporates.

We add basil /fresh/ to the shrimp for an additional fresh taste!
