How to make
First, fry the turmeric and finely chopped garlic and black pepper in the pan for a minute.
Second step - add onion, shrimp, pepper /chopped/, stew for another 3 minutes.
Third step - add the zucchini/cut into thin strips/, the mushrooms /pre-soaked for at least an hour in water/ and the wine, stew until the water evaporates.
We add basil /fresh/ to the shrimp for an additional fresh taste!
