Remove the skin of the chicken in the following manner: start cutting from the neck, down along the belly, gradually cutting the thin membrane that lies between the skin and meat. Cut the wings and lower parts of the legs in such a way that they remain with their skins.
Once the skin is removed, begin to prepare the filling: fry the mushrooms, add the finely chopped boiled meat, chopped sausages, pickles, processed cheese and spices. Finally add the grated cheese.
Fill the chicken with this mixture so that it looks like a chicken with bones. Sew it up and bake it until browned, smear it with a mixture of butter and paprika.
