How to make
The chicken fillets are cut into 8 pieces. Sprinkle them with salt and spices. Take a piece of the fillet and add a piece of ham.
Arrange slices of the mushrooms, a piece of Gouda and cover with a second piece of the fillet.
This is how the other portions are made.
Arrange them in a baking pan greased with oil and drizzle them with olive oil. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Then slices of the tomatoes, yellow cheese and the remaining gouda are arranged on each portion.
Place them back into the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve the roulades with a garnish according to the season.
