How to make
Crush the garlic cloves with a little salt and mix them with the soft butter and crushed leaves of rosemary.
Spread the salmon cutlets with the resulting paste and if desired you can add the lemon peel, white or black pepper or another spicy spice.
Cut the lemon into circles and arrange it in a baking pan, lightly greased so that it does not stick. Place the salmon pieces on top and put them in the oven at 200°C (preheated)
You can add a small sprig of rosemary on each cutlet to make the fish even more fragrant.
Bake them for 15-20 minutes, depending on the desired degree of baking and the thickness of the fish.
The salmon should not be baked too much, in order to stay tender and juicy.
Serve the baked fish sprinkled with olive oil and coarse Maldon salt, with a garnish of potatoes, steamed vegetables, a salad or a suitable sauce.
