"Aromatic pork is looking for company for lunch, are you free?"

Ingredients

  • pork - 0.9 lb (400 g) diced
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • onion - 1/2 onion
  • water onion - 1/2 onion
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • salt
  • pepper mix - 1 pinch
  • fresh rosemary
  • ketchup - 1 tbsp.
  • beer - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
measures

How to make

Pour some fat into a pot or pan. Add the garlic without peeling it and fry it briefly.

Remove it and set it aside on a plate. In the same fat fry the pork, until a golden color is obtained.

Add the finely chopped onion and the carrot slices. Fry for 5-7 minutes and turn it off.

Cut the potatoes into large cubes and place them in a baking pan. Season with salt and mix.

Place the meat on top of the potatoes.

Dissolve the ketchup in the water and pour it into the baking pan. Add the beer.

Arrange the garlic and rosemary on top. Sprinkle with the pepper mix. Here you have two options:

1 - wrap the baking pan with aluminum foil;

2 - bake in a glass baking pot with a lid (that's what I did).

Baking takes 1.5 hours at 390°F (200°C).

The Oven-Baked Pork with Rosemary is very tasty.
