How to make
Cut the porkneck into steaks, or purchase already cut steaks.
Season the meat with salt, ground black pepper and pork seasoning, and arrange in a tray.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C), drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes.
Pour in the white wine and add the marinated mushrooms.
Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the meat is tender enough.
Serve the pork steaks with mushrooms with a fresh salad.
