Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 4 pcs.
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - lump
  • for the sauce
  • orange juice - from 1/2 orange + peel
  • mustard - 2 tsp.
  • soy sauce - 2 tsp.

How to make

Wash the steaks and sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and cumin.

In a pan, melt the butter with the olive oil.

Seal the neck steaks on both sides. Arrange them in a baking pan Cover them with aluminum foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 1.5 hours. Remove the foil and bake for another half hour.

In the pan in which you sealed the steaks (use the fat that is left), fry the onion (cut into crescents) until caramelized.
